"Absolute disgusted!"

Stay well away from this hospital! Doctors were reassuring and kind however the same cannot be said for the nurses! Nurses treated my self and my disabled daughter like we were an inconvinence, were snappy and short tempered throughout her stay in both A&E and ward c3. When I went to visit the day after her admission she was covered in vomit, dehydrated, and crying. Made to feel in the way and treated like scum! The attitude of the nurses is a disgrace and the "care" given an even bigger disgrace. I understand that staff have to work extreamly hard and are tired but don't they think there paitients are equeally as upset and tired? Perhaps if they cannot cope to the point it makes them rude, cold and ill mannered they should not be in the job! There's no excuse as not all nurses who work long busy hours are as callus! Your nurses need some serious training! I feel sorry for anyone who has to visit this hospital! Also trying to get through on the phone is a nightmare and I was Scollded by a staff member as the operater put me through to the wrong department! Hospital is a disgrace!
