I would like to express my sincere gratitude to three members of staff who made a daunting procedure more bearable.The porter who put me at my ease and was friendly and hard working. The doctor who performed the procedure was extremely professional and competent and made it as comfortable as possible. But most of all the nurse who was so kind warm chatty and caring and realising I was nervous held my hand throughout the procedure. We need more nurses like her. Please pass on these comments to the management team
