"Terrible"

For years I have been a patient for a condition and am sorry to say I was admitted to the women's health unit as urgent by my G.P. in December had to wait hours to see a doctor. The nurses were very rude and unhelpful and me and my mother were shocked by this huge change in the hospital. Doctor arrived a locum very polite wanted a scan doing but told by nurses not possible and had to wait two weeks for an 'urgent scan' was sent away with pain relief. Had a follow up appointment in January and told by the doctor why do you think you have this condition? (Check your notes my response two laparoscopies at this hospital diagnosed me with it) he rushed off and came back red faced no apology for the mishap on his part and also to my G.P. and my shock discharged me for endometriosis and I have been seen for this condition for ten years. It is now April and my symptoms are back and I now have lost entire faith in this department and hospital. I am changing hospitals permanently!
