"The sessions encouraged me to think more about food and diet"

About: Adult Specialist Services / Nutrition & dietetics

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

These cook4life sessions have changed the way I think about food. I know more about what is in food now and it has made me realise how unhealthy I am. It has been a good experience with lots of variety, giving me more skills and knowledge. I have learnt new and easy recipes, in particular I enjoyed making the sweet and sour.

Overall I have thoroughly enjoyed the sessions which were presented well and encouraged me to think more about food and diet.

Thank you for posting your comments here and to hear that you have found the course a good experience whilst also enhancing your skills and knowledge around food. I hope that you continue to build on these skills in the future.

Thank you also for the great comments about the session being well presented - I will pass these comments onto the member of staff involved.
