"My stay April 14th 2014"

I Stayed at the Claremont Hospital as an NHS patient for neck surgery. What an amazing experience, from the moment I arrived until the moment I left I was treated amazingly well it didn't feel like I was in hospital. All of the staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and fully understood what was happening all of the time, the room was very clean and spacious and the food was of an excellent standard. It was lovely to be in a place where the staff morale was very high, everyone getting on with everyone and always a smile on their faces. My wife was made to feel welcome and involved and at my request was kept informed about every aspect of my care, we really couldn't of asked for anything more. The restaurant was open, clean and had choices to suit all and the prices was very reasonable. We cannot express enought how lovely our stay was, we would recommend the Claremont to anyone, and if in the future if I require anymore surgery I just hope I have the pleasure of returning to the Claremont.
