"Predictable"

As hinted at in my previous post, my complaint has indeed been ignored and have not received any form of response. Furthermore I have been advised that as I "did not attend" (how could I?) have now been struck off and denied dental treatment despite searching for staff for over 3/4 hour in a deserted block.
