"Most unprofessional Dental hospital and worthless..."

About: Birmingham Dental Hospital

Well I don’t even know were to start I visited dental hospital about 20 times now and have still not sure why the clinician are so incompetent. I have been provided with a patient ID which I assume should help them track details about my treatment how ever every time I go I face a new challenge. If you call the 4th floor reception it seams they never answer. so this time I just stood right opposite the reception and tried ringing I could clearly listen the phone ringing in front but continently the staff was way to busy giggling about party night and left the phone ringing. I just couldn’t resist and just hung up and informed the receptionist I have an appointment. Luckly I was fortunate after a good few min wait that I can take a seat in waiting area (trust me it not some thing new this is just normal practice) Any ways as been treated by a 5th year student who tries to get the clinicians attention but they seams to not really bother until the time is to go home or nearly lunch. The 4th floor east wing is just a jock and level of unprofessionalism is just out rages. The trainee nurses are the worst bunch. I worry bout the further they have got to bring when qualified. They nurses seams to just gather in xray room and just seams to be chatting bout there boyfriend buying them gifts instead of actually considering to get on with some practical training (no jock heard it all) I have tones of story to deliver but the latest is on 14/04/14 I attended the clinic at 1:45 taking an unpaid leave waited for about 40 mins to just find out continently they have lost my file hence they need to get all x-ray done. Now when it come to get the treatment started the 5th year student keeps asking for assistance but there is no one to help to even hold the suction machine ends up me holding the machine. Now about 4oclock the head of department comes and just smiles back as all is just right and says “sorry bout the wait” I mean come “Sorry in such a profession is just shame” as if they breath sorry every second never (you never hear the word job done right they are always sorry) .Now baring in mind I have been given a local numbness for nearly 3 hours to just find out they don’t have enough time to get the treatment going and they shall call me for another appointment. When spoken to the clinician he said I understand the frustration but you need to do this in writing for us to better our process when asked were to complain they just stick the dental tools in your mouth so you don’t ask any more questions. It is horrendous how they just abuse the NHS services.I wish the dentist were more empowering with there skills then there linguistic skills they use to flatter the regular public with high end dictation of words they got to deliver. I wish I could just make a complain to the Dean of the hospital to just explain that its about time to get on a refresher management course as their negligence is just going to spoil the image.
