"Visit to eye casualty"

I was referred by my optician to go to the eye casualty. I have just got back home and have to say that, for a hospital visit, I was quite impressed! The staff - receptionist, nurse and doctor - were very friendly and helpful - and cheery! I hope I don't have to re- visit but if I did would have no worries at all! Thank you very much.
