(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Felt it was a long time to wait for my first appointment.

I feel that Elaine was excellent and has helped me so much in understanding myself and learning to deal with normal situations of life.

Thank you for leaving your feedback with us.

I'm pleased that you benefited from the sessions, however I am also disappointed that you felt you had a long wait for your first appointment. I have looked into this and see that you attended one of our evening clinics. Demand is high for these clinics and there is a limit to the amount of sessions we can offer outside of normal working hours,. Therefore this can sometimes lead to people waiting a little longer. We are working on changing this and thank you for your patience.
