"Coping with anger better"

About: Inclusion Matters Sefton

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I felt it was good to have someone who listened, understood and did not judge me.

I was offered support and techniques to cope with my anger and temper. Although sometimes I fell into old habits I did feel supported and better equipped to cope with myself.

Thank you.

Dear 'PA13',

Many thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback with us.

I'm pleased to hear that you found the sessions helpful and felt supported.

I hope you will be able to continue to use the techniques you've learnt and I wish you all the best for the future,

Yours,

Lizzie
