"trying to give feedback"

I used this site to give some feedback on North Middlesex Hospital as my attempts on their website kept failing and not getting through. Following this I was sent an email requesting me to reply to the hospital but this too is unsuccessful. I can only assume that their IT department is inadequate or that the hospital really doesn't want to receive feedack.
