"Wisdom Tooth Removal"

I had an incredibly positive visit to get a wisdom tooth removed under sedation. The appointment was on time (at 1030 on Friday 11 April 2014), even though the waiting room was very busy. All of the staff were very accommodating, especially as I have various complications increasing my anxiety about the procedure. The team were friendly, considerate, and engaging. They told me in detail about the procedure and any risks that may arise. The sedation was seamless, they ensured I was relaxed and happy. I have no recollection of the extraction what so ever (which I think is meant to be the case!), and had minimal pain after the local anaesthetic had warn off throughout the afternoon. I would like to thank all of the staff involved for making this experience as pain free and relaxing as possible. Their customer/patient care was excellent and I would highly recommend the services here based on my experience.
