"Excellent Service"

My father was sent by the Walk In Centre to A&E as he was suffering from breathlessness. From the doctors and nurses in A&E through to the those in the Medical Assessment Unit where he stayed overnight all medical staff who dealt with him were friendly, helpful and totally professional. The same was also true of the cleaning staff. He was able to go home after a one night stay and is now recovering well. The only downside was the long delay to get a prescription filled - over 2 hours (apparently the Pharmacy is not open at weekends, which seems incredible) and having to return today (Monday) to collect the prescription from the ward.
