"Nurse station chatting early hours unfair"

Mum has just got out of hospital her treatment by the nurses was good on arrival, but when moved onto the ward, she got no sleep at all. On asking why, she said at 4 and 5 in the morning at the nurse station right outside of room, nurses were chatting and giggling, with no consideration for patients trying to sleep and rest. When mum spoke to the nurses in the morning, she could not see what the problem was. It is so disappointing to know when A patient goes in to rest, they have no chance at all and come out more exhausted, then first went in. The ward was c35. Felt I needed to address the situation, it's not fair to patients going in. Fair enough have a chat, but chatting loudly, giggling shouting is not on to a very ill patient. Have some consideration to others.
