"My overall care in hospital"

About: South Tyneside District Hospital

I was admitted to ward 4 on the day of my operation ( for a hip replacement ) on the 7th March. Then after my op I went on to ward 7. The care I received while I was in hospital was second to none. I was put at ease straight away by the information I was given on the procedure.Everyone involved in my care took the time to explain what was happening even though I could see how busy they were. I have nothing but praise for all the staff who took care of me. The cleanliness of the wards was also second to none. Thankyou to all who took care of me,and made my stay in hospital a stress free experience.
