"Bicycle accident on 15 March 2014"

I just want to say "Thank you" for the excellent care I recieved from your staff after an unfortunate bicycle accident which resulted in a fracture on my left shoulder. I was badly shaken up by the incident and the ambulance staff were very kind and once in A&E, a nurse was there and reassured me, she seemed to know her stuff. I reaally appreciate her kindness so please pass my thanks to her. My only complaint was that I could have been cleaned up better with regards to my face, bloody nose and srapes on the palms of my hands. I ended up cleaning myself whilst waiting to be seen.
