The phlebotomist I visited was the first in 30 years who managed to bruise my arm so badly that I had problems moving it for 3 days. My relatives could not believe it. I asked him to use a smaller needle and he said that "this would take longer". I thought he knew what he was doing but he wrecked my vain.
