"A&E Minors Improved"

About: Hull Royal Infirmary

I have had many visits to A&E over the years many of which have resulted in poor communication , very bad attitudes from staff leaving me reluctant to go back . Last week I had to go back and I must say they was a major improvement . I was seen within 3 hrs given excellent explanation's by the senior doctor on duty he was very apologetic for the fact he kept adding my details onto a computer and the impersonal ness of it . He was really professional caring and made me feel at ease and was not wasting there time . The environment was very pleasant and the chairs much more comftable in a calm environment . I'm not sure about the check in kiosks you need a human to great you not a computer when your ill or in pain . Overall very impressed
