"Unprofessional attitude"

About: Queen Alexandra Hospital

I found the unprofessional attitude of the staff and in particular the Ward Clerk unacceptable She seemed to treat the job as if in a social club rather than in a High dependency ward ,being very loud and over familiar with the staffing the Reception Area I would like to point out this is not the first time my family have had complain about similar problems
