"Maternity Department"

About: Royal Bolton Hospital

I gave birth via emergency c section after a 3 day labour. I had anxiety before hand and needle phobic. Every single member of staff that I came across put me at ease, they were so understanding regarding my fears. I really couldn't have done it without the kindness of the midwives who were caring and supportive. I am no longer needle phobic and got over my anxiety thanks to the staff.

It is good to hear that not only were our staff able to support you at the time, but that hopefully they have allayed your fear of needles for the future. We wish you all the best. Thank you for posting this.
