Problem finding parking space, but everything else was a positive experience. Greeted very cheerfully by consultant who explained everything courteously and clearly. A busy hospital, but staff appeared to work well together and everything was very business-like.

I will pass your comments regarding the problems you encountered regarding a parking space to our Estates and Facilities Department.
