"rude"

I brought my mother in as an emergency via a and e Friday night and was taken aback by two of the doctors on duty (female) who were quite rude to me when I asked a couple of questions. Although they did look after my mother very well I did not appreciate having my head bitten off as the questions i asked were reasonable and i was calm so their response to me was unnecessary. I am aware how stressed and overworked hospitals are but if people are reasonable to you its only polite to be reasonable back....thats how i was brought up.
