"Terrible eye clinic"

What a dreadful experience as coming to this hospital always is. I will never ever come back again. Visited the eye clinic on opticians advice, long waits, follow up appointment missed leaflets explaining that I would be required for 2 hours, no information, sent, white board with nurse on duty, receptionist names always blank, no one accountable. Explained I was being sent abroad with work for a year but still sent appointment in post, tried for 5 days to cancel but all phone calls engaged, are they really that busy? Would always go to St Helier.
