About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

Nobody answers the phone, was transferred 3x by main switchboard, but nobody answers, it's been 3 weeks since I was supposed to be notified about my sons new glasses, nobody called, seems like I will have to make a journey all the way to Romford just to ask if they are ready?!

Thank you for commenting on NHS Choices. I am sorry that you have not been called to advise when your son’s glasses will be available to be picked up from the Ophthalmology department.
