"Warm, kind and friendly team"

I would really appreciate it if you could pass on my thanks and regards to your team at the colposcopy clinic. As soon as I arrived for my appointment I was asked to sit in the waiting area, and the nurse said hello and kindly asked how I was, which put me at ease straight away. The doctor who performed my smear was incredibly kind, informative and understanding, as was the nurse who assisted him. Unfortunately I can't remember their names but I would love them to know how grateful I was for their genuine kindness, knowledge and help in my situation.
