"Lack of communication"

Very frustrated at the lack of communication provided by the doctors, we experienced a ridiculous incident where one consultant came in and explained what was happening and 10 minutes later a different one came in with a very different story. No one introduces themselves or explains their role, the nurse just come in and out and treat you like you're a thing rather than a human being. Does no one get taught people skills during training? Patients and relatives are nervous and need detail. I was really disappointed by the NHS.
