"Thank you"

My mum has just undergone surgery for bowel cancer. She was discharged yesterday. The care she received from all members of staff was excellent and I can't thank you enough. Her consultant was fantastic. He took the time to really reassure my mum who was extremely anxious making a very difficult time a little easier for both her and the rest of the family, winning all our trust. Her after care on ward 11 was equally impressive, with all staff treating her with kindness and dignity. She commented that everyone involved in her care, including cleaning staff were kind to her. We often only hear the negatives about our nhs but my mum could not have asked for better care from diagnoses to now and I thank you all.
