What I liked

Firstly I'd like to sincerely thank each and every member of the most dedicated Cardiac team in the county. I spent just over a week in the care of the team at Hartshill following surgery to replace my Aortic valve and to by-pass.annartery. The teams care was second to none and their levels of proffossoinalism and skill without comparason. They deserve far more praise for the unsung work that is carried out by it's highly skilled and dedicated specialists. You can be sure that any hospital docotor taught and trained at Hartshill will have been instructed in the most modern meathods, pioneering techniques, and general good sense medicine. My opperation unlike so many otherrs was'nt an emergency but even though this was routine surgery I was mas made to feel comfortable, contented and happy with my suoundings. The Consultants are knowlegable and totally dedicated to their patients but still retain the humanity and aproachability and are eaisily able to put the mind of an anxious relative at ease BY OFFERING EXPLANATIONS. The staff are totally supportive and again will always answer a question, ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IA ASK

I Can never fully thank the Hartshill Team for the work they did on me but it's without doubt the most amazing gift that anyone gave me, It's a new chance at life and I can ony say that if there is ever anythingI can do to even part repay my huge debt of grattitude
