"My stay in Queens Hospital in Romford"

I was a recent patient at Queens Hospital in Romford. The care was exellent . I was treated with dignity, kidness and empathy.The nurses worked tirelessly through out the night and nothing was too much trouble. I heard them giving reasurrance to patients and with these acts of kindness the patients were reassured . Each time I pressed the bell I was attended to with a smile, regardless of the time of night. Each and every one of us was treated as an individual. They conducted themselves so proffessionally , but with the human touch. They not only lissened , but heard what ptients were saying something as humans we tend to forget..... the .......diffrence between........the two . I could not have had better treatment had I gone Private ....... at Queens thats just how I felt .!! Well done Queens and keep up the good work if I needed to go to hospital again Queens would be my first choice.
