Just a quick but heartfelt thank you to E Xray Dept Secretary. We had a family emergency and they kindly were able to contact my husband who was in X ray as a patient. This was kind and efficient and reacted promptly when I explained about our problem. This gives hope and confidence in an caring individual, who is working in a hospital , which is sadly under special measures and review ( Part of Sir Bruce Keogh NHS Hospital inspections) as part of 14 other failing hospitals in NHS England.
