Much of what happened in this hospital is good. I was concerned about the high and persistent noise level around this hospital. Unfortunately text has disappeared* from my first review - my constructive suggestion that the hospital assesses the noise level throughout the building and takes action to reduce it where necessary. Please do so - patients need sleep to recover - there is evidence that reducing noise improves outcomes. This affects all the different departments visited - there is no option for multiple departments in the list. *I assume it disappeared because I found one way of assessing hospital noise on the internet and provided a link in an effort to be helpful. If they take these comments seriously, the hospital will, I am sure, do their own literature review. The world literature is not hard to find.
"Nice staff, noisy hospital further comment"
