"Absolutely marvellous"

This was my husband and I's first visit to this department, on arrival the staff were tremendous, it has been a very worrying and distressing time for us and we were immediately put at ease by a wonderful lady who was a health care assistant. The whole experience ( 2 ) was second to none and it goes without saying that the staff especially the healthcare assistants and domestics deserve double the pay, I would like to add the whole department was spotless so well done to all the domestic staff- keep up all your hard work
