I have been going to the Orthodentist for my braces for three years now, after initially being told they would only be on for a year. The consultant seems to have no idea what she is doing and always has to call in someone else for a second opinion. I am still none the wiser as to when my braces are going to be removed as every time I go in they give me a different date. My appointments have been cancelled and I have waited months for an appointment letter, I do not know whether this is laziness of the staff, a clear lack of communication or simply poor management from the hospital. I feel that my teeth have got worse in the last few months and instead of going forwards with my treatment things are going backwards. I'm absolutely disgusted with the level of treatment I have recieved and the lack of knowledge and skill shown by the staff in the orthodontics department.
