"Superb service from caring staff"

Considering how busy this department is, I am always impressed by their efficiency and caring handling of patients. It's nice that the clinic nursing staff are the same every time. Because of the high volume of patients, the clinic does run late sometimes and apologies are always made when this happens. It is great to attend a department where you can have complete confidence in all the staff and treatment. Can't praise highly enough.
