There is no organisation or effective/realistic communication tools to communicate with anyone accessing facilities. After three completely blundered attempts, trying to secure a neurological surgery/procedure appointment (one time they only told me of the appointment on the actual day of the appointment, one hour after I was expected to turn up) I have now completely given up. I have more confidence in 'chance' thank in NHNN.
