"Day Surgery"

I visited the day surgery unit on 7/4/14 for a Hernia repair .From the moment i arrived i was dealt with by a friendly and efficient receptionist .Then onto a short wait to see a nurse etc. During this time others were going in before me without me asking i was kept informed of progress and the reason for the wait. When seeing the student nurse again i was dealt with in an efficient friendly and caring way.As i was with the surgical nurse, anesthetist,and the surgeon's themselves. At no point was i made to feel uneasy about anything at all .On coming round after surgery again i cannot fault the care provided by all the staff who looked after me. I am ashamed to say i cannot remember all there names it must have been all the drugs but i would like my thanks passed onto the team that looked after both myself and my partner who waited for me as she was also looked after and kept informed of my progress. From arriving at 7.30 and leaving at around 4pm the level of service and care i received was exceptional and my thanks go to all the staff there . Well done to everyone.
