I had to visit the early pregnancy unit and was really impressed by how quickly we were seen, and particularly by the sensitivity and care we were shown when we had to have some bad news delivered. The staff there were so nice and made what was a distressing time as comfortable as possible. I also really appreciated how treatment options were clearly explained to me, and in the privacy of a quiet room. The wait time for a procedure would have beeen longer than I'd hoped (not the fault of the EPU) but I understand the reasons for this.Thanks very much to the staff.

Thank you so much for taking the time to contact us at what sounds like a difficult and painful time, albeit one that was handled with great compassion, sensitivity and professionalism by the team in the Lister's early pregnancy unit. It's what we would all expect and want from this very important group of staff, so it is so nice to hear that being reflected back by someone who has used their service.
