What I liked

Ill be honest, I did not like any-thing about w/shaw hospitol.

What could be improved

well, we came in at 6.45pm last night and was seen by some one who took me, my son and partner round to the childrens bit near the main entrance, we was told to wait so we did, we waited some more, and more and then a bit more. eventually we was seen at 8.30pm by a doctor who said we needed to see a pidiotrician, there was 3 of them at the desk. we asked how long it would be now as our 1 yr old baby was very tied and hungry. the nurse said when they choose to see you they will. 9.00pm they all left after a good giggle between them selves and a good laugh. I asked at 9.10pm when we will be seen..? a doctor looked back at me confused and said, what they have not seen you yet..? they should have by now as I put your sons notes in the file for them. me and my partner were absolutly fumin, they then said the pidiotricans have left for the evening but more will be arriving however, they need at least 20 minute to read notes. 10.00pm and no one had been, we asked again and the girl called one of them on the mobile who said will be around another 20 minutes. 10.30pm came and one turned up. Advised us that our baby needed blood sample which he will have to have cream on his arms for 20 minutes before the blood could be taken, then we will have to have the blood taken and wait a further 2 hours for the results. bearing in mind it was now 10.30pm I asked the nurse did they think we will be home by 2.00pm as we both have work. they could not garruntee this. we left this morning at 5.09am and as you can appreciate we all was absolutly exhausted, the nurse just said, the blood results have just came back, there ok and you can leave, I have just rang now to find out what was wrong with our son in the first place and they can not find the files..! what a joike of a hospitol.

Anything else?

Yes, go to MRI if you need to go to hospitol for some thing simple, or any thing at all for that matter.
