What I liked

The doctors were fantastic.Made you so much at ease and explained what they were going to do.Kept apologising for the delay.

What could be improved

A&E unit a nightmare.We seemed to go around in circles.Like everybody else -2hrs to see a junior doctor.another 1-2 hrs to see a qualified doctor.Another 1hr to see a surgoen.Then another hour to be admitted .All 3 doctors asked the same questions and so did the nurse who admitted me.So much time wasting.This saga was from 7pm until 1am.I think you need more staff.A lot of sick people just going round in circles.
