I was booked in for a biopsy for prostate cancer and was told the results would be available between 7 to 10 days.
After 14 days I had still not received the results so I rang the dept to enquire. I was told the results were on the system and that an appointment would be made. Nothing happened!
I phoned again a few days later only to go through the same conversation with the same person and I still do not have an appointment.
So much for patient care
