What I liked
I was in Royal Blackburn Hospital in September where my daughter had minor surgery. The service we recieved was exceptional. The staff kept us informed although they were very busy. The hospital was clean.
What could be improved
More staff to share the work load. I did not see any nurses sitting down taking a break. They work so hard and truely earn what they are payed.
Parking was a little expensive.
Cafe close by for parents to take a break. We had to walk to the other side of the hospital to get something to eat.
Anything else?
Overall a fantastic service provided at the hospital.
