What I liked

for the floors to be cleaned and dusted, for the exprience nurses to be with trainee nurses or final year students, and also keep patient informed and waiting area to be tidy, overrall the hospital cubicals were dirty, floors were dirty and the curtains had blood on them and the beds frame had blood stains also. Nurses should be in proper uniform with their hats and hair to be tidy. Sorry if i offended any one. Many Thanks.

The staff at reception are not friendly at all, they could be more courtious.
