"Unfortunate that appointments were not directly bookable"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

Knowing that waiting times are long at my local hospital, I was very pleased that the TRAQS team were able to refer me to a local physiotherapist, although it is unfortunate that appointments were not directly bookable.

I was contacted by the Maddocks within 4 weeks and seen a week later.

My physiotherapist is very thorough and explains things well, and his colleagues are very friendly.

After 3 sessions, I am slowly recovering, and the ultrasound treatment I am receiving is surprisingly effective.

Thank you for your favourable comments regarding your referral.

Although TRAQS was not able to book an appointment at the time of our contact with you, I note that Maddocks contacted you promptly and there was no further delay in your appointment.

I note that you are benefiting from your treatment and wish you well for the future.
