About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) The Princess Royal Hospital / Urology

(as the patient),

Have problems with waterworks! ! Dr suggested a pubic catheter to relieve problems. 2 days before operation, Dr cancelled and sent me for urology tests.

These were done and no treatment suggested. Still having problems and my MS doesn’t help.

Talk to MS nurse who suggested having a referral to a MS friendly consultant.

Phoned TRAQS within 5 minutes had an appointment made with Mr Tapp.
