"My sight is now perfect"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

My GP only contacts by phone. The optician referred me to the doctor who sat on it for 7 weeks. It was sent via the internet when I kicked up a fuss.

TRAQs phoned me immediately and I was given an appointment. I was operated on in a couple of weeks.

Cannock Hospital were top notch. I was not kept waiting. Everything was thoroughly explained. The hospital was quiet and efficient.

I felt on a real high when it was done and my sight is now perfect.

We are delighted to hear that TRAQS met your expectations and you were happy with the care that you received at The Cannock Chase Hospital. Unfotunatlely, I am unable to comment about your GP practice or your optician. Due the the anonymous nature of Patient Opinion I am unable to ascertain exactly why there was a delay with your referral. In may be worth contacting your GP practice if you wish to discuss this further.
