What I liked
My elderly mother has been in York hospital 3 weeks. I travelled from Shropshire to visit her and was impressed by the cleanliness and the friendly helpful staff. Mum is very happy on ward 11and the staff keep us informed of her progress nothing is to much trouble. Thank you!
What could be improved
We had the same expensive bother in Shropshire with regards the hopeless TV and phones. They cost so much and folk's cant afford them. Living such a distance from my mother it's worrying not being able to keep in touch.
Anything else?
My family and I enjoyed eating in the coffee shop and found the prices very good and the staff so friendly and nice.
