"Excellent Care"

I attended A & E on the morning of 5 April 2014 with severe neck pains. I live in Guernsey but was on a long weekend walking holiday in the Lakes. I was diagnosed with a fractured vertibra C2 and admitted to ward W2 bed 14. My experience there was fantastic. The nursing and other staff were extremely kind, caring, attentive and wonderfully cheerful, given the environment in which they work. They all had a great sense of humour, and I cannot speak highly enough of them. I was discharged on 8 April. Thanks to all concerned. Les Hilton
