"Treatment Centre Thursday 27/02/14"

Thursday 27/02/14, after my appointment was for 1pm book in at 12;45 and ask to go too area H then at 1.45, ask the lady at reception if they had forgot about me as nothing seem to be happening, then I was called in ask to get undress and wait in the female waiting room, then I was told that because the treatment dept had run two hours late that morning they woud not start untill at least 3pm, due to staff breaks. so 3pm passed nothing not a word still sitting there and around 3.50 a lady came in and said would you please follow me so me and 4 other men went in this room and we were told that the surgeon had got home and there had telephone all round and could not get another surgeon at short notice, and they would try and rebook for next Thursday this his not good enough, 4 hours a joke and what got me more annoyed was all the 4men were retired, I had to book my time off work and my husband had book friday off to lookafter me what about the care and service you should give to the public and a telephone in the morning would have help. no wonder it called last hope more like no hope and no staff lets see if I get a telephone that I was promised friday 28/02/14.
