"no team work ,lack of communication"

I have been to this hospital with my father over the past 4 weeks , I have asked nurses to help assist my father & they have made it quite clear they don't want to .I have had to state my concerns to a ward sister and of late confront a registrar doctor in order to get important information, procedures that should be carried out as par of course are not been carried out instead they offer the procedure and with the info of the pros and cons they scare the living daylights out of my father who is bad with his nerves and an elderly gentleman to say I am very angry is an understatement. If I could afford private healthcare I would certainly opt for that but unfortunately I and my family cant so we have to put up with this unorganised hospital .
