"Fantastic service"

Over the past year I have visited Kidderminster Hospital several times. I have had physiotherapy twice - both times were excellent. I wasn't rushed and the staff were all very supportive and helpful. I also took part in their pilates course after my physio which really helped me to build strength. I have had appointments for blood tests where I have never waited linger than 15 minutes to be seen. I have seen the podiatrist a few times as well - slight mix up one day over my insoles but it was all sorted whilst I waited. I have had an MRI scan as well which wsa quick and easy and again the nurses were very kind and supportive. There has been some delay in getting an appointment with rheumatology which is why I have only given 4/5. I think they're all doing a fantastic job and I have always found everythinng to be clean and all staff helpful and polite.
